4. Video & Audio Recording and Surveillance

As disclosed in our Terms & Conditions, The Cypress Landing may record video and audio on the property for training and safety purposes. Additionally, security cameras are in use in hallways, other public areas, and parking lots for the safety and security of our guests and property. These cameras are not monitored in real time 24 hours a day. Camera footage is not available for guest viewing. We cooperate with law enforcement and will provide footage in response to valid police or legal requests. Cameras are not placed in guest rooms or other areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as restrooms.

We do not currently feature guest reviews or testimonials on this website, but may do so in the future. If we do, we will only publish reviews or testimonials with the guest's permission.
